Our own swimming beach with sunbathing area, our own rowing boat, boat dock, lake terrace. – Breakfast room. Enjoyment, pure and simple …. feeling completely at home. Our sunny, cozily furnished apartments truly do conjure up a home-style atmosphere.
Cross-country ski trail ca. 800 m away, ice skating on the natural ice surface of the Zeller See. Only a 5-minute drive from the Areitbahn lift (for the Schmittenhöhe ski area). Free ski bus from Thumersbach (bus stop only 100 m from the house!!) to all ski areas (Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn (glacier skiing). And the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang “Skicircus” is only 14 km from here!
Choice of breakfast or breakfast roll service (delivered to the house fresh daily from the bakery). You can enjoy your cup of coffee with direct views of the lake and Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe in our cozy cafe or out on the terrace. Restaurants: In our immediate neighborhood, you will find several top, internationally acclaimed restaurants. We would be more than happy to help you make your table reservations!
